4. No Guarantees
We are transparent about what we can and cannot promise:
- We do not guarantee specific results. Every client's credit situation is unique. Results depend on individual circumstances, credit history, bureau response times, and creditor cooperation.
- We do not guarantee specific credit score increases. While many clients see significant improvement, no specific score increase or timeline can be guaranteed.
- We do not guarantee loan or credit approvals. Lending decisions are made by third-party financial institutions based on their own criteria.
- We do not guarantee removal of accurate information. Under federal law, accurate and verifiable information cannot be removed from credit reports before its legal reporting period expires.
What we do guarantee is that we will work diligently on your behalf, dispute every legitimate item, generate every letter, and follow up on every case until we have exhausted every legal avenue available to you.
